Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We deliver and set up! Even if you reserve your bouncer through the e-commerce section on our site, we must call you to schedule delivery and pick up before your reservation is final.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Are your bounce houses safe?

Yes, our inflatables are built tough and exceed all industry standards for safety. Our bounce houses are cleaned and inspected before and after each use.  All inflatable rentals come with a Watchdog Safety Siren at no additional charge. The Watchdog Safety Siren’s are the newest safety products for inflatables. If the Watchdog Safety Siren picks up any change in air pressure from the inflatable or a change in electrical current from the power source it will sound an alarm.

Do you rent units all year round?

Yes, we are available for your party all year round, weather permitting! Inflatables can not be used in rain, lightning, snow, in temperatures below 40 degrees, or wind speeds over 15 mph.

What surface is ideal for setting a unit up?

A flat grassy area is an ideal surface for a bounce house. Our units can also be set up on asphalt. Please have yard clear of toys, sticks, rocks, and pet waste. A tarp will be used under each bounce house. All units are anchored down with either metal stakes or sandbags. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to call Mr. Utility of VA. before the bounce house is delivered to have all underground utilities marked.

Do I need to put down a deposit to reserve a unit?

Yes, you will need to place a deposit through the checkout/reservation process. After the unit is picked up the full amount will be applied to your card. The deposit amount is $50 per bounce house. If rentals need to be canceled due to weather the deposit will be refunded. In all other cases, the rental must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or the deposit will not be refunded. You will be issued a rain check that can be used within 365 days from the date of your original event.

Please note, even if you reserve your bouncer through the website you must receive a call from us to schedule your delivery and pick up before your reservation is final.

How do I reserve a bounce house for my next party?

What do I do if I have to make a last-minute cancellation?

We require a 24 hour cancellation on our units unless the rental must be cancelled due to weather. In cases of a weather cancellation the rental must be cancelled before it is set up. Once it is delivered and set up the full non- refundable fee is due for the bounce house. If renting more than one unit we require a 7 day cancellation notice. If you are unable to cancel your reservation in the required time we will issue you a raincheck for your deposit that can be used anytime within one year from the original reservation date.

What kind of power is required?

All of our units require a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the extension cord. The unit should be no more than 100ft from the outlet. Should you need to set up in a park or some place where there is no outlet you will need one dedicated 20amp 110v circuit generator unless we inform you otherwise for larger units. We do not supply these. The generator must be grounded and can not be on any movable surface.

How much room do I need?

When you reserve your inflatable we will gladly let you know the dimensions of that particular inflatable. It should also be listed beside it on the website. It is the renters responsibility to ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the inflatable. No refunds will be given if the area is not big enough for the inflatable unless cancelled 24 hours before the reservation. Please call us with any questions.

Do you provide operators for the units?

There will be an additional hourly charge for operators. Please call to check availability and pricing.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

If the delivery address is located in Midlothian you will not be charged an additional fee. Please check if you are outside of Midlothian. Our delivery fees are $50-$75 if you are over 15 miles or more away.
